This morning HandsOn Tech Atlanta hosted our second training, The Power of Email Marketing for Nonprofits, presented by R. Pamela Adams. Adams is a local entrepreneur, Internet marketing professional, and former Constant Contact Regional Development Director. Adams’ presentation covered various email marketing tips, including how to create emails that will inspire action, how to create an engaging subject line, how to grow and maintain a strong permission based email list, and much more. The presentation also discussed how email marketing software such as Constant Contact can allow nonprofits to make visually appealing emails, easily follow SPAM laws, and learn from past results to improve efforts.
